〰️ How to consume?
Recommended serving: 30g per day.
× Use as a condiment to compliment any savoury dish! It has a tangy, sour flavour which is great to balance out sweet and spicy flavours!
× Replace the ‘sour’ in any dish.
E.G: lemon in fresh salsa / guacamole
× Replace olives/capers/pickles on a cheese board.
× Replace gherkins with kraut on burgers
× Replace cabbage with kraut in coleslaw.
× Use on top of baked Potatoes or bagels with sour cream + smoked salmon.
× Add to potato salad for extra tang.
× Add to all salads, wraps, or sandwiches.
