Luuna collective was founded by Emma and Jasmine who are both living in Sri Lanka, fuelled by the practices of Yoga. Their mission is to build a feeling of support and community that encourages and elevates our Sisters. Their retreats are a container for meaningful connection, inspiration, wellness, renewal and gratitude with the intent to heal, recharge and awaken your full potential.

I collaborated with Luuna collective to bring Sisters of the moon to life with vibrant, wholesome and healing meals. Alongside the head chef at Rukgala retreat, we created a Sri Lankan inspired menu with a plant-based twist. All of the meals where gluten, sugar and dairy free, made with love from only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.

Each day we focused on a different chakra colour in the order of:

  • Root Chakra (Red Color)
  • Sacral Chakra (Orange Color)
  • Solar Plexus Chakra (Yellow Color)
  • Heart Chakra (Green Color)
  • Throat Chakra (Blue Color)
  • Third Eye Chakra (Indigo Color)
  • The Crown Chakra (Violet Color)

The retreat was seven days and included an array of workshops and activities including; daily yoga practices, guided meditations, breath work, mantras, self care rituals, moon bathing, star gazing, and full body Ayurvedic massages.

It was a beautiful experience of personal healing, self growth and connection to the divine feminine. I am so gratful for the opportunity to showcase my passion and to nourish a conscious group of Women everyday!
